Community Feedback Survey

Community Feedback Survey

This community feedback survey was created by the library board and will be used to help develop a new long-range plan for the Library.  We are looking for ways to make the library a more welcoming place to regulars and also draw in new users.

Over the past few years, the library has not only expanded what is available in our building, but increased the creative programming for people of all ages as well as access to online databases, collections of books and media, and specialized resources. Through these resources, everyone in Boyle County has access to interesting options for in-person activity and online resources that they might not realize.

Our library wants to be inviting and accessible. The board recognizes that a key step in that process is listening and understanding what people want and how we should understand the opportunities and challenges ahead. We are eager for responses from people with all levels of interaction with the library — even first-time patrons who might want to stop by, walk through, and share their impressions.

There are two versions of the survey: a shorter version of the survey that is mostly multiple-choice answers and should take less than 5 minutes. The other version asks for more short answers and suggestions and should take between 5-10 minutes.

You can take either survey online or pick up a printed copy at the Circulation Desk in the Library. (If you are participating in our Summer Reading program, you are welcome to access the survey through your Beanstack account where you'll earn a badge for completing the survey.)
