Oh So Good Cookie Pizza

Ingredients & Measurements:
- 1 roll (18 oz) sugar cookie dough, chilled
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 2/3 cups (10 oz package) peanut butter chips
- 1 cup toffee and chocolate bar bits
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
- for crust, heat overn to 375 F
- warm sugar cookie dough enough to be able to stir in cocoa, then do so.
- divide dough in half
- press dough into two 12 inch pizza pans.
- bake 8-10 minutes or until center is just set
- For filling, combine chocolate chops, condensed milk, and butter in medium saucepan.
- cook over low heat until chocolate and butter melt, stir frequently.
- remove from heat, spread evenly over crust
- sprinkle peanut butter chips, toffee bits, marshmallows and almonds evenly over filling. Modify your toppings to taste.
- Bake 4-5 minutes or until marshmallows are just starting to brown.
- cool completely in pans on wire racks.
- cut into wedges to serve
