Oh So Good Cookie Pizza

Ingredients & Measurements:
  • 1 roll (18 oz) sugar cookie dough, chilled
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 2/3 cups (10 oz package) peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup toffee and chocolate bar bits
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
  1. for crust, heat overn to 375 F
  2. warm sugar cookie dough enough to be able to stir in cocoa, then do so.
  3. divide dough in half
  4. press dough into two 12 inch pizza pans.
  5. bake 8-10 minutes or until center is just set
  6. For filling, combine chocolate chops, condensed milk, and butter in medium saucepan.
  7. cook over low heat until chocolate and butter melt, stir frequently.
  8. remove from heat, spread evenly over crust
  9. sprinkle peanut butter chips, toffee bits, marshmallows and almonds evenly over filling. Modify your toppings to taste.
  10. Bake 4-5 minutes or until marshmallows are just starting to brown.
  11. cool completely in pans on wire racks.
  12. cut into wedges to serve
