Virtual Learning Assistance


Students can utilize Tutor.com for free through the Library's website. This service provides live tutoring, homework help, test prep, resume and cover letter help. Access through our website BoylePubLib.org/tutor with a library card number or the student's STACK ID number. (Contact the Library via phone, email, or Live Chat with any questions.)

Free WiFi Access

The Library has outdoor study spaces available outside of the main entrance for students to use during regular library hours. Free WiFi is available in the parking lot 24/7 (no password required).

Curbside Pickup

As a service to our patrons, Curbside Pickup is available Tuesday through Friday. Orders can be placed between 10:00 am-2:00 pm on any day curbside pickup is offered. Most items will be available for same-day pickup between 2:00-5:00 pm. More information about this service can be found on our Curbside Pickup page.

Current Loan Lending Periods

While the Library is on reduced operating hours, loan lending periods have been temporarily extended. Here are the current loan lending periods:

  • Books & Magazines: 28 days
  • DVDs & Audiobooks: 14 days
  • Launchpads: 7 days

The Boyle County Public Library hosts a variety of events for teens (ages 13-18). Brittany Smith, our Young Adult Services Librarian, offers regular weekly programs and fun events for teens.
