Join us for "Hook & Cook," a three-part hands-on fishing workshop with the Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife. Registration is required.
With participation in this program, you will receive a free fishing license that will be valid for a year.
PART 1: On Tuesday, July 2, you’ll learn how to prepare and cook fish that you’ve caught. (Location: Boyle County Extension Office)
PART 2: Next week on July 9, you’ll receive expert guidance on fishing techniques and proper procedures as well as fish identification. (Location: Boyle County Public Library)
PART 3: Finally, on July 16, you’ll get to put into practice everything you learned with some real live fishing under the tutelage of the Department of Fish and Wildlife. (Location: Millennium Park)
