A Foam Party is exactly what you need at the end of the summer! We will create an event where you get to dance, play, and party in several feet of bubbly foam fun! The foam isn’t sticky or wet; instead, it offers all the fluffy foam, and we will clean up the mess!!!

BCPL will be hosting the 2024 Kentucky History and Genealogy Conference on August 9-10.

This free conference will feature over 30 presentations led by people from throughout Kentucky. Additionally, the library lobby will be filled with vendors from both the community and statewide who have a focus on preserving, sharing, and researching history and genealogy. An interactive exhibit of historical photographs, vintage memorabilia, and sound and video clips honoring the Pack Horse Librarians of Eastern Kentucky. Exhibit presented in conjunction with the Boyle County Public Library; Heather Henson, author of That Book Woman; Pioneer Playhouse, Kentucky’s oldest outdoor theatre; and the Grace Doherty Library at Centre College.
The exhibit will run from July 3-27.
