When you register for a Boyle County Public Library Card, your default PIN (personal identification number) is the last four digits of the phone number you registered with us. If you are using a BCPL Digital Library Card, your PIN is whatever you submitted upon registration. PINs are most often a four-digit code; however, you are able to use an alphanumeric PIN instead (more common of passwords).
Patrons can reset their PIN at any time by contacting the library or by accessing their My Account portal through our website.
