Crunchy Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients & Measurements:
  • 1 package devil's food cake mix 18.25 oz
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 3/4 cup crunchy toffee bits
Instructions:
  1. preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. grease baking sheets
  3. in a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil.
  4. with a wooden spoon or on low speed, mix for 1 min or until well blended.
  5. Dough will be stiff.
  6. Stir in chocolate, nuts and toffee bits.
  7. drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake one sheet at a time for 8-12 minutes or until firm around the edges.
  9. Cool 1 minute on baking sheets, then trasnfer cookies to wire racks and cool completely.
