Chocolate Scotcheroos

Ingredients & Measurements:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice krispies
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips
Instructions:
  1. boil sugar and corn syrup
  2. remove from heat
  3. blend in 1 cup peanut butter-then 6 cups rice krispies
  4. press into 13x9 pan
  5. gently melt both kinds of chips together in a pot over hot water
  6. spread chip mixture over over rice krispie mixture in pan and chill 5 minutes or until set.
  7. cut into squares or bars.
