Chocolate Scotcheroos
chocolate, peanut butter, butterscotch, rice krispies, what's not to love?

Ingredients & Measurements:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups rice krispies
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz butterscotch chips
Instructions:
- boil sugar and corn syrup
- remove from heat
- blend in 1 cup peanut butter-then 6 cups rice krispies
- press into 13x9 pan
- gently melt both kinds of chips together in a pot over hot water
- spread chip mixture over over rice krispie mixture in pan and chill 5 minutes or until set.
- cut into squares or bars.
