Oven "Fried" Salmon Cakes

Ingredients & Measurements:
- 15 ounces canned salmon drained and flaked
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup minced scallions
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- vegetable oil spray
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 400 F
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except the vegetable spray
- shape into 8 patties
- place patties on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with the vegetable oil
- Bake for 5 minutes or until golden on both sides.
