Triple Chocolate Cake

devil's food cake and pudding mix come together in this delicacy

Ingredients & Measurements:
  • 1 package (18 oz) devil's food cake
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • powdered sugar
Instructions:
  1. preheat oven to 350 F
  2. In large bowl combine first 8 ingredients and stir with whisk until ingredients are blended
  3. pour batter into well-greased 12 cup fluted tube pan
  4. bake one hour or until cake begins to pull away from side of pan
  5. cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes; remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
  6. Top cake with powdered sugar.
