Mecca Live Studio & Gallery, home to Rakadu Dance Theatre presents a cultural dance program based on the people's migration through India, Egypt, North Africa, Turkey and Spain. Colorful and uplifting, the audience will be treated to different dance styles that have their origins in these areas of the world.
Rakadu Dance Theatre is best known for their rich musical diversity, highly explorative utilization of dance narrative, theater and seamless improvisation.

Join us at the Jennie Rogers Community Center for Thursday FunDays and experience a special performance event every Thursday morning in June and July! You'll see music, animals, magic, live theater, dance, and more! All are welcome to attend these shows at the center which can accommodate more audience members than we've ever hosted before. The Bookmobile will also be there so attendees can check out books and more before and after the show. Thank you to Parks and Recreation for allowing the Library the use of their facility for these special events.
