Tranquility Tuesdays

Mindfulness is such a popular buzzword, but what is it really? Come to the library for Tranquility Tuesdays to find out!

In this series, we'll explore all the ways you can reduce stress and manage anxiety by incorporating mindfulness techniques into your daily life. We will learn and try a variety of mindfulness activities, such as mindful eating, deep breathing, body scan, and more. This program will be offered on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the library in partnership with the Boyle County Cooperative Extension Service.
