Hook and Cook (Part 3)

Join us for the KY Fish and Wildlife Department’s hands-on fishing workshop: Hook and Cook. Registration is required. 

With participation in this program, you will receive a free fishing license that will be valid for a year.

On July 2, at the Boyle County Extension Office, you’ll learn how to prepare and cook fish that you’ve caught.

On July 9, at the Boyle County Public Library, you’ll receive expert guidance on fishing techniques and proper procedures as well as fish identification. 

Finally, on July 16, at Millennium Park, you’ll get to put into practice everything you learned with some real live fishing under the tutelage of the department of fish and wildlife.
